Does anyone here have experience working with Vandale Industries in NYC, especially in their intimates division? Is it a nice company to work for? Are managers supportive and reasonable? What is the work-life balance like? I would appreciate any feedback.
Skip it. There is such a deep culture of disillusionment and apathy, you feel everyone is simply there to collect their paycheck and leave, no one is invested in anything. The people that stay for long periods are there not because they don’t want to leave, they just can’t. It’s like they’ve forgotten there are other places to work and they’ve grown used to a meh environment where standards are painfully low. Anyone new to the company knows it’s going to be just a stop over.
