Chaos. Moving goalposts and back biting/bitchery. No sense of team work, just all in it for themselves. The creative director is nice but Donna is impossible to work with (not news) and the workload is impossible. Company is not making money and despite being a nice bunch of people besides you know who, it’s an impossible environment. Don’t care about anyone. Oh and I worked there when she said “some girls dress like they’re asking for it” in reference to the Weinstein debacle. She came into the office after that and joked about it, then had three of us on rotation stripping to underwear to try on clothing - get this - in the same room as a guy interviewing for a position and the three PR people trying to extinguish the ensuing firestorm.
