Lululemon did when first started by Chip Wilson; look into it…hopefully the culture hasn’t changed! His philosophy in building Lululemon is amazing! And if anyone is interested; a definite read is his book “Little Black Stretchy Pants.”

Good to know will definitely look into it!
Not in NYC or LA but Target is pretty great - they pretty much try to put employees health and well being before anything else product wise.
