Has anyone worked for Banana Republic in San Francisco? If so, what’s the culture like? Do they pay what someone is worth regarding their experience?

Ive worked at BR in NY twice. I enjoyed it the first time, several years ago. If you are already in SF, by all means go for it. If you are looking to relo, the cost of living us very high. When they relocated from nyc to SF, my friend, who was a BR employee, turned down the opportunity because of pay vs COL.
