StyleCareers has been asking employers to use the tag, #rwfh for remote positions. That being said, asking fashion industry people to do something specific is like trying to train cats (I say that with affection) and some users are going with the tag, #remote.

Only use one of the tags in the Keyword field; search separately with #rwfh and again with #remote.

Networking has always been the most effective method for me, but there are other online resources such as 24Seven and virtual events. I also like the hashtag #rwfh.
