I was recently approached about a freelance sales role. Since there would be a “project fee” involved, commission rate would need to come in lower that someone earning straight commission on what they sell. Is 10-15% still the norm for straight commission reps?
Not sure what the norm is. Ours is on a sliding scale on what you sell, up to 25%
