Any recent information on Echo Designs especially in sales?
Long time family company, a lot of the family works there. If you can get a position selling their license, you’ll do ok. I don’t think that they have sales bonuses, I think sales people are salaried.

Many companies are getting away from commission and giving better salaries upfront. Most salespeople prefer it too.
