Does anyone currently or recently work in the gii handbag division? I am interviewing soon and am curious about it because the company doesn’t have the best reputation… Thanks!
I worked at Giii A few years ago I had the same concerns when I joined-lots of negative reviews. it was an OK experience for me but I didn’t work with product. I think it depends on which team you are with but I did find a lot of those unfavorable reviews to be accurate especially the reviews that address the behavior of senior management.
Thanks for your feedback! Every team is so different and each experience is what you make of it. Hopefully their rep has encouraged them to improve too 
There recruiters are horrible. They don’t follow up with there applicants. Reviews are very accurate
