Are the goals to high for credit cards?

I am getting so frustrated!!! As my company is trying to get back to “normal” after covid shut down, goals are getting back into place. I get it. But goals should be SMART. One thing that is frustrating me the most right now is our stores credit card goal. Completely unattainable. Its practically the same as it was before the shut down.With the decrease number of traffic and sales in general, you would think we would push and fight for this metric. My head is about to explode! Any one else feeling this pressure?
