is anyone working with a specific product of AI for design related uses. Does anyone here know how a person could gain knowledge of AI in the design realm if it isn’t part of their current role? I’m so curious and would love to learn a new skill. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I am using it all the time… check out Google’s version, which can make imagery - just play around using natural language of what you want it to perform for you… treat it like your intern! Google AI Studio
Not sure what kind of design you are looking for. CLO 3D is popular for clothing design. There are a bunch for textile print design- you can search it. Freepik and other sites like it have it but you might have to pay a fee.
Hi Style888, thanks so much for the insight. I honestly don’t know what I would use it for. I’ve been an apparel designer for more years than I care to count. I’ve used chat GPT for making my trend write up’s sound more fabulous. I use it sometimes to make my emails sound friendlier too bc I can be too direct.
I’ve seen a few job listings that vaguely list working knowledge of AI so I hoped asking here may give me some direction and so far, it has
I think using ChatGPT is a good start. My company just had a town hall with the CEO and his push is to start using more AI this year. It was mainly about using things like ChatGPT to review data, help stream line work, etc-gather information and sort it, but not design for you.
