Primary kids has wfh and when in office only need to be there first actual meetings.
Depends on the functional area but almost every brand I’ve worked for in footwear allows it. Most have at least one day a week you can either take off (by working longer hours the rest of the week) or 2+ days a week WFH. This will be more prevalent after COVID. And employees that have successfully managed their roles 100% from home will have much more sway in keeping it that way.

Ralph Lauren has flex time. I don’t know what their WFH policy is, but that might be more available now.
