Experiences with racism, homophobia, ageism working for their brands?

I worked for VF for several years and really enjoyed my time there. Employees were respected and diversity was promoted (race, age, gender-identity). Really no issues there.

Blond, white execs, even president level would openly make remarks like “Hire Asian, they work hard for cheap”. Yes, Asians were represented, so it may look diverse, but they were exploited.

@alexsmithknits, a lot of the VF Brands are run as separate companies in separate offices. Can you be more specific as to which brand had the “exploited” Asians?

I am speaking specifically about working at Nautica, but a few of the execs I am referring to also worked across several VF brands.
Nautica has been under Authentic Brands Group since 2018.
