Most toxic employer I have ever had. I would advise even my biggest enemy to run for the hills before working there. The creative director, Hilda, encourages a culture of fear and gossip. Plenty of people I worked with there were kind, honest people- but the bosses made everyone miserable, and distrusting of one another. I don’t think any of the bosses would survive at a company with a real HR department- so much bad behavior.

Agreed! Management made this place toxic. There is no HR which means you are dealing directly with the CEO/President when it comes to finances. Managers are encouraged to gossip against their subordinates. Berating and fear mongering are part of the culture. They often gaslight employees intentionally driving them out.
