I worked with someone for years who could not manage or hire the right people. He was manipulative and tried to turn coworkers against each other
Also was super threatened by talented designers younger than him and he would make their life miserable. He would make you feel bad for not staying late ( even though all work was being done)
From the outside, he was America’s sweetheart but on the inside, it couldn’t be more opposite
Would always talk about the past about how he worked so hard, but would be on facebook and instagram all day doing nothing. Sales people would complain that the line is not evolving and it looks the same every season, but he wouldn’t work hard to change with the times
Even the interns would notice his lack of work ethic
Created toxic environments with coworkers and the upper management. such a mess!
