Giii lost CK &TH ling time license 2 years ago, as PVH decided to do all IH work0 for those brands. There were news last week PVH signed a new outerwear license agreement with Herman Kay. Assuming thats the reason Giii is suing them?
Giii has been workibg on new licenses like Notica, Halston and BCBG to replace the gap obviously, nut must be hit then hard this shocking news.
