How much does a senior or 10yrs plus Apparel Production Coordinator make?
Totally depends upon job requirements and experience.
For someone who has worked in office majorly - could remain be in 55-70k even after 10 years. If someone has direct factory experience or has hands on technical experience of fabric or garment making, it can go up to 85-90k.
Someone with 10 years experience wouldn’t be a coordinator. You should be a manager, at minimum. Compensation can vary widely by company. I’d say a manager salary would range around $80-$100k.
