I’m a senior technical designer and I make 100k, which is on the high end of the range for my role. I think it depends on the company, but I would guess 100-120k for a manager

I’ve made 138k and 140k as sr tech, with large companies. But that was 3-4 years and probably hard to come by that kind of money again. My most recent fulltime job was 100k, but that company went out of business.
