Are there any other companies out there not been paid by Retail Winds, Inc., divs New York & Company and Fashion to Figure?
We are close to 120 days past due with the majority of our goods sold out.
In dire straits!

Ive heard that they also have not paid their rent due to the corona virus. they must be scaling back considerably and with the news they may file for bankruptcy

Neil Beckerman acting CFO I believe trying to work out bankruptcy details to come to a head this week I willing to bet.

Hi sorry I didn’t get back to you sooner. We are a top 20 creditor. Action? After countless hours there really wasn’t much we could do except to be well represented by David Edelberg at Cullen and Dykman LLP. He and his firm are specialists in bankruptcies. Aside from waiting out the process there really isn’t much we can do.
FYI
Bidding deadline for both NY&C and FTF eCommerce sites is August 26th at 4pm. A hearing to approve the final sale will be September 3rd. If you or anyone has any questions I would be happy to answer them (if I have the answers).
