its a solid powerhouse brand, so "cheap cheap cheap"is the mantra. that said, they pay well - i’d say towards the higher end of the salary range. they give equity once you’re at a particular seniority level. if your position involves travel, they always take good care of that and dont skimp on accommodations/expenses.  
there’s a “boys club” dynamic. they play favorites, the workplace is the typical competitive, political enviornment riddled with aliances and politics. all in all a solid 🤷‍♀️ 🤷‍♀️ :
