# _More and more, fashion industry job seekers look for employers that share their values._

The [StyleCareers.com](http://StyleCareers.com) DE&I FashionCareerFair will cater to experienced, home office talent who place a high value on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

In hosting this event, our goal is to facilitate better representation of BIPOC and LGBTQ+ professionals at the home office level of fashion brands and retailers; more designers, more tech designers, more buyers, more account executives, etc…

Join us on Thursday, November 10th and speak directly with recruiters from brands and retailers that value Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Centric Brands just signed-up for the DEI Career Fair. They own Kids Headquarters and a ton of kids licenses.

We’ll be adding more companies. The best thing to do is pre-register so that you get updates on the exhibitors as they are added to the event.
