Thanks for sharing this! Great to get real info to judge where my salary is (right spot on the median for my level, which I am happy with). And now I can get a better idea of what to ask for when I hopefully get a promotion!

Looks like salary went down
Also a dumb question- whats the 25th/75th meaning on the range?

The Mid-Senior Management includes Design Directors.
The 25th and 75th percentiles represent the middle 50% of salaries. For example, if the salary offered is lower than the 25th percentile mark, you know you are being offered compensation lower than 75% of the reported salaries.

This is wonderful information to have. Thank you. It is accurate for me having been an executive in the design realm in the 75th percentile.
