I freelanced there briefly, so my knowledge of the company isn’t that deep.

However, know that there is an employee type- very young, pretty, thin. The owner/boss is the Queen Bee- no decision is made without her, and so designers cluster around her and nervously await her arrival each morning. Working environment is fine- just don’t expect much autonomy. Probably great if you’re just out of school or have just a little experience, as they don’t pay much. A lot of people “grow” out of this place.

It’s all private label- BIG Target Business, as well as smaller accounts (spiritual gangster, etc).
